This policy covers Cloverlane Solitaire and this developer website, operated by YFY. The app stores game progress on your device and, in versions with online services enabled, processes gameplay analytics, advertising and attribution data as described below. Contact: 915438334@qq.com.
1. Information we process
Local game records. Deals, moves, scores, level progress, tutorial completion, daily challenges, unlocked designs and preferences are saved in app files. The game does not require an account and does not offer a developer-operated cloud-save service. Device backups may include these files under your Apple settings.
Game analytics. In the iOS version with analytics enabled, the app creates a random installation identifier and sends timestamped session/login events, level starts and ends, device model, language and platform to our analytics service. Where available, records also include advertising impressions and revenue information, attribution status and acquisition source. Records are queued locally when delivery is unavailable. We use them to understand game use, diagnose operation and measure advertising performance. Our hosting infrastructure also receives network information, including an IP address, when requests arrive. This is separate from uploading your complete saved game.
Advertising and attribution. TopOn and its advertising partners, including Google AdMob, may process device and app information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising interactions, diagnostics and identifiers permitted by your settings. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) processes consent choices. Tenjin measures installs, sessions and acquisition attribution when permitted. Data actually processed varies with app version, platform, consent, SDK configuration and the ad delivered.
Support correspondence. When you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you provide. Device details or screenshots are optional unless needed to investigate your request. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Website requests. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser/network headers to deliver and protect this site. We do not add advertising scripts, analytics scripts or tracking cookies to these pages. Hosting security features may process technical data under Cloudflare’s policy.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to operate and improve the game, deliver ads and optional rewards, measure performance, respond to support, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal grounds are providing the requested service, our legitimate interests in service operation and security, compliance with law, and your consent for processing that requires it. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. First-party operational analytics is separate from the iOS tracking permission.
3. Providers and disclosures
Providers process information for the services listed below. Advertising partners may also act independently under their own policies and the choices presented to you.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are subject to applicable safeguards. Do not assume that refusing tracking stops all technical processing needed to deliver an ad or network service.
4. Advertising, ATT and your choices
On supported iOS versions, the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt requests permission before permitted cross-app tracking. You may decline and continue playing. You can review your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Our current iOS integration opts Tenjin out when ATT is denied or restricted and applies regional consent choices when tracking is authorized.
The current ad configuration requests nonpersonalized ads. This does not mean ads are free of data processing: delivery, security and measurement can still involve device and network information. Where required, UMP presents privacy choices. An Advertising privacy entry appears in the game’s settings when the consent service requires it, so you can revisit those choices.
Rewarded ads are optional and grant the stated reward only after a successful completion callback. Interstitial ads may appear after Flipchain completions starting at level 3. Availability depends on network and ad inventory. Neither a reward nor gameplay access is conditional on granting ATT tracking permission.
5. Storage, retention and security
Local game data stays until replaced or deleted. On iPhone, Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Cloverlane Solitaire → Delete App removes local app data; Offload App preserves it. Manage backups separately. Deletion may permanently remove progress.
Queued analytics records are removed from the local delivery queue after successful transmission; uninstalling does not delete records already received by servers or providers. Server-side analytics and support information are retained only as needed for the described purposes and applicable obligations. Retention differs by record type and provider; contact us for a request about your information. We use technical safeguards, including HTTPS in transit, but no system can guarantee complete security.
6. Access, deletion and other rights
Email 915438334@qq.com with the subject “Cloverlane Solitaire — Privacy request” to request access, correction or deletion, ask about retention, object to processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Depending on your location, rights may also include restriction, portability, appeal and a complaint to your data-protection authority. We may need proportionate information to locate a record and verify your request; do not send identity documents unless we explain a necessary, secure process. Some records may need to be retained by law. We will explain applicable limitations.
Advertising disclosures may be considered a sale or sharing under some privacy laws even without a direct payment for personal information. Use the available advertising privacy controls or contact us to exercise applicable opt-out rights. There is no game account to delete; requests about server records are separate from deleting local progress.
7. Children and updates
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or below a higher age where applicable law requires it. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. This notice does not replace parental supervision or the App Store age rating.
We update this policy when practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent. Older app versions may not contain every service described here.
