These terms describe use of Cloverlane Solitaire, its website and support service, provided by YFY. They do not override rights you have under applicable consumer law or the terms governing your App Store download.
1. Using the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with applicable law and the license applicable to your App Store download. Do not use the service to distribute malicious code, interfere with infrastructure, exploit advertising systems or infringe others’ rights. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted.
2. Game progress and availability
Game progress is stored locally. Device changes, uninstalling or data corruption can affect it, and recovery is not guaranteed. Features, content and availability may change with updates. Network-dependent services can be unavailable or interrupted.
3. Advertising and optional rewards
The game includes advertising. Optional rewarded ads require successful completion as reported by the advertising service. An unavailable, interrupted or incomplete ad may not grant a reward. Interstitials can appear at gameplay transitions. Advertised products and external destinations are provided by third parties; review their terms before interacting with them.

The game’s artwork, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software and content remain subject to their respective licenses. Links are supplied for convenience and do not mean we control another provider’s service.
7. Responsibility and statutory rights
We aim to keep the game and website working, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
